Products
Who designs your products?
- Our product designs are a combination of in-house and commissioned artwork. We don't use or commission the use of generative images. No AI, all human brain!
Where are your products made?
- We currently source our blanks from Comfort Colors and Sportsman, both of which have overseas production. We plan to update our clothing supply chain in the coming months to a more transparent supplier. Our embroidery is done by an Austin, TX local, Lukas Behr of The Threader. All of our screen printing is done by the founders, Anders and Hannah, in Austin, TX, who also sew on each detail tag, and make the tote bags from scratch.
When can I expect to see new designs?
- We want to feel connected to and proud of all Found Sound Club products, so our release schedule might not follow a traditional path. Don't worry though, you'll never go too long without seeing new stuff from us!
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
- We strive to have a quick turnaround time, while still being realistic with our workload. As we both work full-time jobs, our goal is for orders to ship within 3 days of being placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Shipping is free on orders over $100!
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
- We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in an email to hello@foundsoundclub.com.
What if my item arrives damaged?
- If your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We have limited quantities on-hand and may not be able to replace your garment right away, but we will let you know as soon as a replacement becomes available to ship.
